We dismiss this appeal because husband has not filed a record that complies with Rules 81.12 and 81.16 or a brief that complies with Rules 84.04 and 84.06. We order husband to pay wifes attorney $10,000, wifes attorneys fees incurred in this appeal, as sanctions for a frivolous appeal.
